Per drawing specifications, this right angle wafer covers pin counts from 2P to 20P with unified 2.50mm pitch. The insulator adopts beige Nylon 66 material reaching UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, paired with 0.70mm diameter brass pins finished with tin over nickel plating to resist oxidation. It holds 3A AC DC rated current and 250V rated voltage, with minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and 1000V AC one-minute dielectric withstand capacity, operating reliably between minus 40 degrees Celsius and 105 degrees Celsius. Standard PCB layout dimensions are precisely controlled with small tolerances to match automatic SMD reflow soldering. Our complete production workflow includes independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high-temperature Nylon injection molding, anti-corrosion tin nickel electroplating, automatic assembly and full electrical reliability testing. Imported Taiwan high-speed punchers and Japanese injection molding machines guarantee consistent dimensional accuracy for mass production.

This right angle SMT wafer connector supports tape reel packaging for fully automatic assembly lines. Operators place the connector onto printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout diagram and complete reflow soldering, then mate the wafer with corresponding male pin headers to form complete signal circuits.
