Per drawing specifications, this socket features three independent contact clips for stable mating connection. The insulator offers optional materials including PBT, PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T, with standard black PBT complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant grade. Brass contacts support tin plating, gold flash and multiple selective gold plating thicknesses to match different anti-oxidation and conductive requirements. Its electrical parameters cover 3.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20MΩ contact resistance, passing 500V AC dielectric withstand test and operating steadily in ultra-wide temperature from -65°C to +125°C. The fixed plastic height of 8.5mm meets standard PCB stacking space demands, and all PCB layout dimensions are controlled under unified tight tolerances for stable through-hole wave soldering.
