According to drawing specifications, this box header supports contact counts ranging from 06 pins up to 64 pins with standard 2.54mm pitch. The insulator provides multiple material options including PBT, PA6T, PA46 and PA9T all blended with 30 percent glass fiber and complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, alongside customizable black blue and gray housing colors. Brass pins can be finished with gold flash, selective gold plating of various thicknesses or tin over nickel plating to fit different anti-corrosion and conductive demands. Its electrical indicators cover 3.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20MΩ contact resistance, enduring 500V AC DC dielectric voltage and operating steadily between minus 40 degrees Celsius and 105 degrees Celsius. Multiple positioning notches are reserved on the housing to prevent reverse insertion during mating.
