Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the ABT22 series 3-circuit 3.0mm center pitch battery connector is a dedicated SMT surface mount component designed for stable battery power connection and signal transmission of compact electronic equipment. Per drawing specifications, this 3-position connector provides Type A without locating pegs and Type B with two locating pegs for anti-offset mounting. The insulator supports LCP and 30% glass filled PBT two materials, both conforming to UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Pins are made of copper alloy with gold flash over nickel base plating, and solder tails are finished with nickel and tin plating to strengthen soldering reliability. Its electrical performance includes 250V rated voltage, 2.0A minimum rated current, 1000V AC one-minute dielectric strength and minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance, with maximum 30mΩ contact resistance. It works steadily from -55°C to +125°C and withstands 260°C reflow soldering temperature for 10 seconds, with mechanical lifespan reaching 5000 mating cycles and standardized insertion holding force.
