Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, this DVI 24+1 right angle DIP male connector is a professional video signal transmission connector designed for digital image data transmission between main control circuit boards and display equipment. In accordance with official drawing specifications, this connector adopts 24 plus 1 pin layout structure, with the housing made of PBT material filled with glass fiber that complies with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, and the outer metal shell is fully covered with special nickel plating to enhance electromagnetic shielding performance. Contact pins are produced from brass or bronze base material, with multi-specification selective gold plating over nickel available to reduce contact resistance and boost anti-oxidation capacity. Its electrical parameters include 1.5A rated current and 40V rated voltage, with maximum 30 milliohms contact resistance, minimum 1000 megaohms insulation resistance and 500V AC withstand voltage. It can operate stably in the temperature range from minus 20 degrees Celsius to plus 85 degrees Celsius. The right angle bent pin structure greatly saves internal installation space of equipment, and the standard PCB pad layout is precisely sized for through-hole wave soldering. Our complete production process includes independent precision mold development, high-speed metal terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, shell nickel electroplating, contact gold plating and automatic assembly. This through-hole DIP DVI male connector can be fixed on printed circuit boards via wave soldering after inserting its straight pins into PCB reserved holes following the official PCB layout drawing, then it can be mated with matched DVI female sockets to realize long-distance digital video signal transmission. It is widely applied in liquid crystal display screens, industrial control display terminals, desktop computer mainboards, digital surveillance hosts, multimedia playback devices, medical display instruments and image processing embedded equipment. During installation and application, users need to control soldering temperature properly to prevent plastic housing deformation, avoid violent plugging and unplugging to prevent pin bending and shell deformation, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid oxidation of plated contacts.
