Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the ABT32 series 4.0mm pitch battery female connector is a surface mount power connection component dedicated to stable power supply between batteries and main circuit boards. According to drawing specifications, this connector supports pin counts ranging from 2 pins up to 6 pins with fixed 4.0mm pitch. The insulating housing can be selected from pure LCP and glass filled PBT materials, both conforming to UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Contact terminals are stamped from C2680 brass with multiple grades of gold plating and gold flash options to lower contact resistance and resist oxidation. Its electrical performance includes 30V rated voltage and 5.0A rated current, minimum 500 megaohms insulation resistance and maximum 10 milliohms contact resistance, capable of withstanding 500V AC dielectric voltage. It operates reliably from minus 55°C to +125°C and passes a minimum 10000 times mating life test to ensure long-term service durability. The SMT soldering structure matches standardized PCB layout for automatic reflow soldering assembly. Our complete production workflow consists of independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti-corrosion gold electroplating and automatic assembly. During installation and daily use, users must strictly follow the reflow temperature curve to prevent plastic insulator thermal deformation, avoid forced mismating to protect elastic brass contacts from permanent fatigue damage, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid terminal rusting and oxidation.
