Before leveling, wrap the equipment rollers with flexible non-woven fabric in advance. Clean the leveling area in advance and lay dust-proof rubber mats on the ground. Operators must wear dust-free fine cotton gloves, to prevent dust and metal debris from adhering to the mirror surface and causing local corrosion points in subsequent use.‘ When stacking leveled sheets, lay PE protective films between every two mirror sheets in advance. Use burr-free alloy tools for cutting, to prevent burrs generated during cutting from scratching the mirror-finish printed side of adjacent sheets.
