1. Product Overview
XJ-L15 and XJ-L16 are single-pass rotary air guide joints (air swivel joints) of XJ series, specially designed to deliver compressed air from stationary pipelines to continuously rotating mechanical parts without hose tangling or breakage. They are standard OEM spare parts for pneumatic air tube clutches, widely used in brick making machines, punching presses, oil workover rigs, drilling rigs and construction machinery. Interchangeable with QY494 and QF515 old models.
- XJ-L15: DN15 standard mainstream model, most widely installed for general pneumatic clutches
- XJ-L16: DN16 enlarged bore upgraded model for high airflow demand

5. Working Principle
Side female port connects to stationary air pipeline while aluminum housing remains fixed; top male shaft rotates synchronously with clutch main shaft. The spring-tightened graphite dynamic end face seal maintains airtight cavity during rotation. Compressed air flows from side inlet through central shaft bore into rotating air tube clutch to realize continuous air supply.
