Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FCA102 series 1.27mm IDC socket connector is a professional insulation displacement connection component that achieves rapid wire conduction without pre stripping cable insulation. According to engineering drawing standards, this connector supports pin counts ranging from 6 pins up to 68 pins with fixed 1.27mm pitch, and it is divided into Type 1 without anti misplug bump and Type 2 with positioning bump to avoid reverse assembly. The insulator is made of PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber which meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, and can be customized into black and gray two mainstream colors. Contact pieces are stamped from phosphor bronze with gold over nickel plating and tin plating options to improve conductivity and anti oxidation performance. Its electrical parameters include 1.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20MΩ contact resistance, withstanding 500V AC DC dielectric voltage and operating steadily from minus 40°C to 105°C. All PCB layout sizes are controlled within precise tolerances to adapt to standard through hole soldering processes. This IDC socket connector provides tray, bag, tube and tape reel multiple packaging modes to match manual assembly and fully automatic production lines. Operators fix the socket onto printed circuit boards through through hole soldering following the official PCB layout drawing, then press flat ribbon cables into the IDC terminal slots with professional crimping tools, so the sharp terminal blades cut through wire insulation and form stable electrical connection directly. It is widely applied in industrial control signal transmission modules, communication equipment internal wiring, digital display equipment, smart household control boards, portable storage devices and precision testing instruments. During operation, users need to use standard crimping pressure to prevent terminal deformation caused by excessive force, make full use of the anti reverse bump structure to avoid wrong direction wiring, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent phosphor bronze contacts from rusting.
