1. Product Overview

QF539 and QF517 are heavy-duty threaded lift-type check valves of QF series, widely installed in pneumatic pipelines and low-pressure oil circuits. They are mounted at the outlet of hydraulic pump and Hydraulic piston pump inside the whole hydraulic system, allowing fluid to flow in one direction only and blocking reverse backflow, so as to protect pump assemblies and pipeline components from reverse impact damage. They are matched with rotary air connectors and Rexroth hydraulic pumps for brick making machines, drilling rigs and construction machinery systems.

5. Working Principle

Forward fluid pushes the poppet against spring force to open the passage. When the hydraulic pump or Hydraulic piston pump stops running, reverse pressure together with spring force presses the spool tightly on valve seat to fully cut off backflow, maintaining pressure of the whole hydraulic system and preventing cylinder sagging and pump internal wear.
