Wide Applicable Specification Range It features strong compatibility for diversified packaging containers, adapting to cap diameters from φ20 mm to φ50 mm, bottle diameters ranging from φ40 mm to φ120 mm, and bottle heights between 40 mm and 300 mm. It can flexibly cope with various conventional and conventional-sized daily chemical and industrial packaging bottles.

Production & Structural Parameters The equipment supports an efficient capping speed of 1000 to 2400 bottles per hour, meeting low and medium batch automated production demands. With overall dimensions of 1500 × 850 × 1900 mm and a net weight of 200 kg, the machine is lightweight and compact, convenient for flexible placement and line matching.

Standard Equipment Installation Instructions

This linear bottle capping equipment features simple and convenient installation without complicated foundation construction. The machine requires no pre-embedded anchor bolts. Operators only need to place the unpacked equipment on solid, flat and stable workshop ground. After placement, adjust the height of the supporting legs and calibrate the horizontal level with a level gauge to ensure uniform force on each support point and stable overall equipment operation. After horizontal calibration, sequentially connect and fix the water inlet pipeline, drainage pipeline, power supply circuit and air source pipeline to complete installation and prepare for formal production operation.
