In terms of production performance, this continuous liquid filling machine supports ultra-precise small-dose filling with a filling accuracy error controlled within ±0.1ml, ensuring consistent net content of each finished pod. It covers a flexible pod weight range of 1g to 25g, and supports fully customized pod shape and size according to production standards. Meanwhile, the equipment realizes flexible color matching, supporting colorless packaging and customized colored pods in red, green, blue, yellow and other colors to enrich product packaging forms.

In terms of operational configuration, the equipment adopts 380V, 50HZ industrial standard power supply with a total power of 15kw, ensuring stable power output during long-term high-speed operation. The pneumatic system requires dry and filtered compressed air with a working air pressure of 0.6mpa and air consumption of 150L to 300L per minute, which guarantees stable and sensitive pneumatic forming and filling actions.
