Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the DMR series DIN41612 right angle 1/3B standard plug connector with 20 positions is a professional industrial backplane interconnection component for signal and low-power circuit transmission between mainboard and sub-board modules. In accordance with engineering drawing specifications, this connector adopts 2.54mm fixed pitch, supporting 10 pins single row and 20 pins double row two layout modes. The insulating shell is injection molded from PBT material filled with 30 percent glass fiber that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Brass contact terminals are optional with gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating to enhance anti-corrosion and conductive stability. Its electrical indicators include 2.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, capable of enduring 1000V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operating stably from minus 55°C to plus 105°C. Three different right-angle pin tail lengths are reserved to match PCB boards of different thicknesses, with standardized insertion force and single contact minimum withdrawal force to guarantee long-term reliable mating. This right angle DIN plug connector is installed by inserting the bent right-angle pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation, then mating the plug with matched DIN41612 female socket to build a complete inter-board signal transmission link. It is widely applied in industrial control rack backplanes, communication cabinet modular circuit boards, automated testing equipment, embedded industrial computers, network switching equipment and precision measuring instruments. During installation and application, users must avoid excessive soldering temperature to prevent plastic housing deformation, prohibit repeated plugging and unplugging to avoid terminal elastic fatigue and poor contact, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent brass pins from oxidation and rusting.
