5. Working Principle

Two independent proportional solenoids of this Hydraulic valve control throttle unit and relief unit separately. Electric signals from controller adjust throttle opening to regulate flow for actuator speed control, and set maximum safety pressure of the hydraulic system via relief spool. Dual compensation offsets flow fluctuation caused by load and oil temperature changes. The valve tracks load pressure dynamically to minimize pressure difference between pump and load, reducing heat generation and power waste of the whole hydraulic system .
