Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, this 1.27mm right angle edge mount ribbon receptacle connector with SPCC metal shell is a dedicated PCB edge connection component for stable signal transmission between ribbon cables and circuit boards. Following official drawing standards, it supports 14, 20, 26, 36 and 50 pin multiple specifications with fixed 1.27mm pitch. The insulator is made of 30 percent glass fiber filled PBT material conforming to UL94V-0 flame retardant grade. Copper alloy contact pieces adopt optional selective gold plating and tin plating to lower contact resistance and boost corrosion resistance, while the outer shell is constructed from nickel plated SPCC sheet metal to enhance structural protection and electromagnetic shielding performance. Its electrical indicators include 1.0A rated current, minimum 500MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 25mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC voltage for one minute and operate reliably from minus 55°C to plus 125°C. Multiple threaded insert locking structures and latch bracket types are available to lock the connector firmly onto PCB boards and prevent loose separation during vibration. This right angle ribbon receptacle is installed by clamping the PCB edge into the connector positioning slot and fixing it with matched threaded inserts or lock brackets according to the official PCB layout drawing, then inserting flat ribbon cables into the contact clamping area to finish electrical connection. It is widely applied in communication signal modules, industrial control mainboards, portable storage devices, digital display equipment, automotive on-board control units and precision testing instruments. During assembly and application, users must avoid excessive forced insertion to prevent terminal deformation and shell cracking, select matched locking accessories to guarantee mounting firmness, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to prevent metal shell and contacts from oxidation and rust.
