Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PHES08 series 2.54mm three row straight pin header is a classic through-hole board-to-board connector for stable signal and low-power circuit interconnection between printed circuit boards. In accordance with engineering drawing specifications, this header adopts standard 2.54mm pitch and supports 3 to 120 contacts to meet diverse PCB layout demands. The insulating base can be customized with multiple high temperature resistant materials including PBT, PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T, all complying with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Square brass pins are available with gold flash, selective gold plating in different thicknesses and pure tin plating options to lower contact resistance and enhance anti-oxidation and soldering performance. Its electrical parameters include 3A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate steadily from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. Multiple fixed pin length options are provided to fit PCBs of different thickness, with strictly controlled dimensional tolerances to perfectly match standard through-hole wave soldering procedures. Our complete production workflow consists of independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature plastic injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating and automatic pin assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment guarantee consistent dimensional accuracy during mass production.
This three row straight pin header is installed by inserting straight pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation, then mating with matching female sockets to build complete board-to-board connection circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control mainboards, communication circuit modules, digital display screens, smart household control panels, portable data storage devices, automotive electronic control units and precision measuring instruments. During soldering and application, users must control soldering temperature properly to avoid thermal deformation of the plastic insulator, avoid excessive pulling force to prevent pin bending and detachment, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent brass pins from oxidation and discoloration. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental directives, most specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certifications.
