Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the BHDS09 series 2.54mm 180 degree box header with 9.0mm overall height is a standard enclosed through-hole board to board connector dedicated to stable signal and medium current power interconnection between printed circuit boards. According to official engineering drawing standards, this connector supports pole numbers ranging from 8 pins up to 64 pins with fixed 2.54mm pitch, and integrated side locking flanges are reserved on both sides of the plastic housing for auxiliary positioning and anti-displacement during soldering and assembly. The insulating shell is injection molded from glass fiber filled PBT that meets UL94V-0 flame retardant standard, and customizable PA6T, LCP, PA46, PA9T high temperature resistant materials plus black gray blue three mainstream housing colors are available. Square brass pins support full tin plating and various thickness gold plating with nickel underlayer to reduce contact resistance and improve anti oxidation and soldering performance. Its electrical parameters include 3.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 10mΩ contact resistance, capable of withstanding 500V AC DC voltage for one minute and operating continuously from minus 55°C to plus 125°C. All PCB layout dimensions are strictly controlled within tolerance range to match standard through hole wave soldering processes. Our complete production workflow includes independent precision mold development, high speed brass terminal stamping, high temperature plastic injection molding, anti corrosion electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment ensure consistent dimensional precision in mass production.
This enclosed 180 degree box header is installed by inserting straight square pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and completing wave soldering fixation, then mating with matched female housing connectors to form complete board to board circuit connection. It is widely applied in industrial control circuit boards, communication equipment internal modules, liquid crystal display drive boards, smart home main control panels, portable storage devices, automotive electronic assemblies and precision testing instruments. During soldering and application, users must control heating temperature properly to prevent plastic housing thermal deformation, avoid forced repeated plugging to prevent pin bending and terminal fatigue damage, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent brass pins from rusting and discoloration.
