Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHEM13 series 2.54mm dual row SMT female header with 7.1mm plastic height is a surface-mount board-to-board receptacle designed for stable signal and low-current power interconnection between PCB boards. Following official drawing specifications, this connector supports contact counts from 2 pins to 80 pins under fixed 2.54mm pitch, and it provides Type A without locating pegs and Type B with positioning pegs two structural versions to avoid offset during SMT mounting and soldering. A protective cap is reserved on the insulator to shield internal elastic terminals from external collision and dust pollution. The insulating body can be customized with PBT, PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T multiple flame retardant materials that all satisfy UL94V-0 safety certification. Brass spring terminals are available with gold flash, graded selective gold plating and tin plating options to reduce contact resistance and boost anti-tarnish durability. Its electrical indexes include 3.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and run stably within the temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C.
