Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AW2008V series 2.00mm pitch 180 degree dual row wafer connector is a professional through-hole wire-to-board plug used to build stable signal and power links between wiring harnesses and printed circuit boards. In strict accordance with drawing specifications, this dual row wafer supports pole numbers ranging from 6 pins up to 40 pins with fixed 2.0mm pitch, and it is perfectly mated with the AH2008 dual row housing series for complete wiring assembly. The insulating base is injection molded with UL94V-0 flame retardant Nylon 66 material in standard ivory color. Square brass pins adopt tin over nickel plating treatment to reduce contact resistance and greatly improve oxidation resistance and soldering performance. Its electrical parameters include 250V AC DC rated voltage and 3A rated current, which can withstand 1000V AC voltage for one minute, maintain minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and work stably within the temperature range from minus 40°C to plus 105°C. All PCB layout dimensions are controlled within precise tolerance ranges to fit standard through-hole wave soldering processes. Our full production workflow includes independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, flame retardant nylon injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating and automatic pin assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment guarantee unified dimensional accuracy during mass batch production.
This dual row straight wafer connector is installed by inserting straight through-hole pins into reserved holes on PCB boards following the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation. After wires are crimped onto matching terminals and locked into the AH2008 housing, plug the housing onto this wafer plug to finish wire-to-board circuit connection. It is widely applied in household appliance control panels, industrial control modules, communication signal circuits, digital display devices, portable power equipment, automotive electronic accessories and precision measuring instruments. During soldering and use, users must control soldering temperature reasonably to prevent nylon insulator melting and deformation, avoid violent plugging to prevent pin bending and terminal damage, and store unused wafers in dry sealed packaging to stop brass pins from rusting and discoloration.
