Ice-Crackle Texture Formation: A specialized primer is applied followed by "ice-flower" paint; uniform, web-like cracks are generated via either UV curing or low-temperature freezing, with the density of the texture adjustable to requirements. Post-treatment and Protection: A transparent, dust- and stain-resistant protective lacquer is applied along with an anti-fingerprint finish; final inspection and protective film application yield the finished product, combining the three-dimensional ice-crackle texture with the sheet's wear and stain resistance.
