The HCZFR-E25L is a heavy-duty hydraulic counter-adjusting brake valve integrated with load holding, speed limiting and emergency braking functions. 3. Structure & Working Principle
Composed of main poppet valve assembly, reverse pressure regulating screw, pilot control chamber and built-in one-way bypass check valve, it is installed in series on the oil line between the main control valve and load-side hydraulic motor:
1. Load Locking Static State: No pilot control pressure input; the main valve poppet is fully closed under spring force, completely cutting off the return oil circuit of the hydraulic motor. Heavy loads are mechanically locked without descending or drifting even with main system pressure loss.
2. Normal Lifting Operation: Hydraulic oil flows through the built-in one-way check valve with zero throttling resistance to drive the hydraulic motor to lift loads upward, with no extra power consumption.
3. Lowering & Reverse Adjustable Braking Working Condition: When lowering loads by reversing the oil circuit, pilot control oil acts on the regulating chamber. Users can adjust the built-in screw to set reverse opening pressure: only when pilot pressure reaches the preset threshold can the main valve open gradually to release return oil. It automatically throttles and brakes if the load accelerates to overspeed under gravity, limiting descending speed steadily.
4. Emergency protection: Sudden failure of the main hydraulic system cuts pilot pressure instantly, the main valve shuts tightly to trigger emergency lock braking and halt load falling immediately.
