Complying with official drawing specifications, this header adopts standard 2.54mm pitch and supports contact quantities from 2 pins up to 80 pins. It supplies two structural variants: Type A without locating pegs and Type B with positioning pegs to prevent shifting during SMT reflow soldering, plus a protective top cap to shield internal pins from collision and dust contamination. The insulator can be customized with PA6T, LCP, PA46, PA9T and PBT flame retardant materials that all meet UL94V-0 fire safety certification.
