Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHEM08 series 2.54mm dual row SMT female header with 5.08mm width and 3.5mm plastic height is a surface-mount board-to-board receptacle built for stable signal and low-current power interconnection between printed circuit boards. Produced strictly to official drawing specifications, this connector supports contact counts ranging from 2 pins to 80 pins with fixed 2.54mm pitch. Two structural versions are available: Type A without locating pegs and Type B with positioning pegs to prevent offset displacement during SMT reflow soldering, and a protective cap is reserved on the insulator to shield internal brass contacts from dust and mechanical collision damage. The insulating housing can be customized with PBT, PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T flame retardant materials that all comply with UL94V-0 fire resistance certification. Elastic brass terminals adopt gold flash, graded selective gold plating and tin plating surface treatments to reduce contact resistance and enhance anti-tarnish and anti-corrosion performance. Its electrical specifications include 3.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate reliably within the temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. All PCB layout dimensions are strictly controlled within tolerance limits to perfectly match automatic SMT reflow soldering production procedures. This dual row SMT female header is placed onto designated PCB bonding pads in accordance with the official PCB layout drawing and fixed via automatic reflow soldering. After soldering is completed, it is mated with matching male pin headers to form a complete closed-loop board-to-board signal and power transmission circuit. It is widely applied in industrial control mainboards, communication signal modules, liquid crystal display drive boards, smart household control panels, portable data storage devices, automotive electronic control units and precision testing instruments. During soldering and daily use, users must follow standard reflow temperature curves to avoid thermal deformation of the plastic insulator, prohibit forced improper mating to prevent permanent elastic fatigue and deformation of brass contact springs, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid oxidation and discoloration of internal terminals. All products conform to EU RoHS and REACH environmental protection directives, most product specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certifications.
