Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHCM08 series 1.27mm pitch dual row SMT female header with dual locating posts is a miniature surface mount board-to-board receptacle for low-current signal transmission between compact PCB modules. Following official drawing specifications, this connector supports contact quantities ranging from 2 pins to 100 pins under fixed 1.27mm pitch. Two alternative plastic body heights H1=3.4mm and H2=4.3mm are available to fit different assembly space requirements, with integrated dual locating posts to prevent shifting during SMT reflow soldering. A removable protective cap is fitted on the insulator to shield internal brass spring terminals from dust and mechanical damage during production and storage. The insulating housing can be customized with PA6T, LCP and PA9T flame retardant materials complying with UL94V-0 fire resistance standard. Elastic brass terminals are supplied with gold flash, graded selective gold plating and tin plating surface treatments to reduce contact resistance and enhance anti-tarnish and soldering durability. Its electrical performance includes 1A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate steadily within the temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. All PCB layout dimensions are precisely controlled within tolerance limits to perfectly match automated SMT reflow soldering procedures. This dual-post SMT female header is positioned onto designated PCB pads according to the official PCB layout drawing and secured via automatic reflow soldering. After soldering is completed, matched male pin headers are inserted into the receptacle to form closed-loop signal transmission circuits between stacked printed circuit boards. It is widely applied in thin LCD display driver boards, wearable smart electronic circuits, digital camera internal wiring, portable memory devices, automotive mini sensor modules and micro precision testing instruments. During soldering and daily application, users must follow standard reflow temperature profiles to avoid thermal deformation of the plastic insulator, avoid forced skewed mating to prevent permanent fatigue deformation of brass contact springs, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to avoid oxidation and discoloration of internal metal terminals.
