It adopts an overall master control spool + 5 working spools integrated design: one master selector spool (spring return type) globally cuts off the oil supply of all working circuits for safety protection, while 5 working spools use ball detent positioning to keep working continuously without manual holding. It can control up to 10 sets of hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motor actuators simultaneously (single/double actuating optional), with through-flow bypass design to deliver residual pump flow to subsequent hydraulic components when idle, lowering energy consumption and heat generation. 3. Structure & Working Principle
Integrated with common inlet port P, return port T, bypass outlet V, 5 groups of A/B working ports and H auxiliary port. Installed between hydraulic pump and cylinders/hydraulic motor actuators:
1. Master Safety Cut-off State: Push the master selector spool; spring resets automatically once released, completely cutting off pressure oil to all 5 working spools, locking all cylinders and hydraulic motor to stop movement for maintenance safety.
2. Single/Multiple Actuator Operation: Pull any working spool (locked by steel ball positioning after operation), pressure oil enters A/B ports to drive cylinders extend/retract or hydraulic motor forward/reverse rotation; multiple spools can be operated synchronously for composite actions.
3. Load Holding Protection: Built-in hydraulic lock seals A/B ports tightly after spool reset to prevent load sinking; matched one-way throttle valve cushions oil return speed, avoiding negative pressure and cylinder shrinkage failure.
4. Pressure Safety Protection: Main relief valve limits the whole valve’s maximum system pressure; each working spool is equipped with an independent overload valve to prevent component damage from sudden load surges.
