3. Structure & Working Principle
Composed of electromagnetic coil, armature, valve spool, reset spring and integrated valve body, installed on the auxiliary oil circuit of the main hydraulic system:
1. De-energized Initial State: The spool is held in the home position by the reset spring, oil passages keep the default on/off or communicated state, and the matched hydraulic motor or cylinder remains stationary.
2. Coil Energized Operation: Electromagnetic suction pulls the armature to push the spool to shift, cutting off the original oil path and connecting the new oil circuit, driving the actuator to act, or making the hydraulic motor reverse rotation.
3. Power-off Reset: Once power supply is cut off, the spring instantly pushes the spool back to the initial position, the oil circuit resets, and the actuator stops running immediately.
4. Compared with pilot-operated DCFB-G60L-4, DCF-50 adopts direct-acting design without pilot oil supply, suitable for independent small oil circuits with low switching frequency and no auxiliary pilot pressure.
