Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the BHAM07 series 1.27×1.27mm keyed SMT box header is a polarized surface-mount board-to-board connector engineered to prevent reverse mis-mating while delivering stable low-current signal interconnection between compact PCBs. Designed strictly to official drawing standards, this header supports 10pin, 12pin, 14pin and 20pin standard configurations with fixed 1.27mm dual pitch, and a built-in anti-reverse key structure avoids wrong insertion during assembly and mating. The insulator is injection molded with 30% glass fiber filled LCP material conforming to UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, capable of enduring 280°C peak soldering heat for 10 seconds to adapt to high-temperature SMT reflow processes. Brass pins are finished with nickel base plus diverse selective gold plating and tin plating options to cut contact resistance and boost anti-tarnish and conductive stability. Its electrical parameters include 1A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate reliably from minus 40°C to plus 105°C. All PCB layout dimensions are tightly controlled within tolerance ranges to perfectly match automated SMT pick and place and soldering procedures. Our full production chain consists of independent precision mold development, high-speed brass terminal stamping, high-temperature LCP injection molding, anti-oxidation electroplating and automatic pin assembly. Imported Taiwan punching machines and Japanese injection molding equipment guarantee consistent dimensional precision in mass production.
This keyed SMT box header is aligned to designated PCB pads per the official PCB layout drawing and fixed via automatic reflow soldering. After soldering completes, it mates with matching female box sockets to build directional signal transmission circuits between stacked circuit boards. It is widely applied in mini LCD driver modules, wearable smart hardware, digital camera internal circuits, portable storage devices, automotive miniature sensor modules and tiny precision testing instruments. During soldering and application, users must strictly follow standard reflow temperature curves to prevent LCP insulator deformation, avoid forced forced misalignment mating to prevent pin bending and terminal elastic fatigue, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to stop brass pins from oxidation and discoloration. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental directives, most specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management certifications. Tray, bag, tube and tape and reel packaging choices are provided to fit manual assembly and fully automatic SMT production lines.
