Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AW2001R series 2.00mm pitch right angle SMT wafer connector is a professional surface mount wire-to-board plug dedicated to establishing compact signal and low-power electrical connections between wiring harnesses and printed circuit boards. Strictly manufactured following official drawing standards, this wafer supports pin quantities ranging from 2 pins up to 20 pins with fixed 2.0mm pitch, and it perfectly matches the AH2001 series plastic housing to complete full wiring harness assembly. The white insulator is injection molded with UL94V-0 flame retardant Nylon 66 material with excellent heat resistance and structural stability to adapt to high-temperature SMT reflow soldering procedures. Square brass pins adopt tin over nickel plating treatment to minimize contact resistance and greatly boost anti-oxidation, anti-tarnish and soldering performance in long-term service. Its electrical parameters include 2A rated current under 100V AC and DC voltage, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance, and it can withstand 800V AC withstanding voltage for one minute while operating steadily within the temperature range from minus 40°C to plus 105°C. All PCB layout dimensional parameters are strictly controlled within unified tolerance limits to fit standard automatic SMT pick and placement processes. This right angle SMT wafer connector is positioned onto designated PCB pads according to the official PCB layout drawing and fixed firmly through automatic reflow soldering. After wires are crimped onto matched terminals and locked into the supporting AH2001 series housing, users insert the housing onto this SMT wafer plug to finish wire-to-board circuit connection. It is widely applied in liquid crystal display modules, digital camera internal wiring circuits, industrial control signal modules, smart household control panels, portable memory devices, automotive electronic auxiliary units and precision measuring instruments.
