Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHGS01 series 5.08mm pitch single row straight female header with 8.9mm plastic height is a heavy-current through-hole board-to-board receptacle built for stable power supply and signal transmission between printed circuit boards. Designed strictly to official drawing standards, this connector supports contact counts ranging from 1 pin to 40 pins under fixed 5.08mm pitch. The insulating housing can be customized with PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T high-temperature flame retardant materials that all meet UL94V-0 flame resistance certification. Elastic brass terminals are offered with gold flash, multiple grades of selective gold plating and pure tin plating surface treatments to cut contact resistance and improve long-term anti-tarnish and anti-corrosion performance. Its core electrical parameters include 7.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance. It can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate continuously within the temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. All PCB layout dimensional sizes are strictly controlled within unified tolerance ranges to perfectly match standard through-hole wave soldering production lines. This single row straight female header is installed by inserting vertical through-hole pins into pre-drilled holes on printed circuit boards following the official PCB layout drawing and finishing wave soldering fixation. After soldering is completed, it mates with matching straight male pin headers to form closed-loop power and signal transmission circuits between different PCB assemblies. It is widely used in industrial control power boards, switching power supply modules, household appliance main control panels, new energy device control units, automotive electronic power distribution modules and precision testing instrument power interfaces. During soldering and daily use, users must control soldering temperature reasonably to avoid thermal deformation and damage of the plastic insulator, prohibit forced repeated plugging to prevent permanent elastic fatigue of brass contact springs, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to avoid oxidation and discoloration of internal metal terminals.
