Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHER03 series 2.54mm pitch single row right angle female header with 8.5mm plastic height is a right-angle through-hole board-to-board receptacle designed to realize lateral signal and low-power power interconnection between stacked printed circuit boards. Strictly produced in accordance with official engineering drawing specifications, this connector supports contact quantities ranging from 1 pin up to 40 pins under fixed 2.54mm pitch. The insulating housing is available with customizable PBT, PA6T, LCP, PA46 and PA9T flame retardant materials that all pass UL94V-0 fire resistance certification to resist deformation during wave soldering. Elastic brass terminals are equipped with gold flash, multiple thickness selective gold plating and pure tin plating surface treatment schemes to lower contact resistance and strengthen anti-tarnish, anti-corrosion and plugging durability during long-term service. Its electrical indicators include 3.0A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance. It can endure 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate stably within the temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. All PCB layout dimensional data are strictly restricted within tolerance limits to perfectly match standard through-hole wave soldering automated production procedures. This single row right angle female header is mounted by inserting bent through-hole pins into preset PCB holes according to the official PCB layout drawing and fixing via wave soldering. After soldering is finished, it mates with matching straight male pin headers to form horizontal board-to-board signal and power transmission circuits. It is widely applied in industrial control signal motherboards, communication adapter circuit boards, liquid crystal display drive modules, smart household control panels, portable storage devices, automotive miniature electronic modules and precision testing instrument internal wiring systems. During soldering and daily use, operators must follow standard soldering temperature curves to avoid thermal melting of the plastic insulator, prohibit forced skew mating to prevent brass contact spring fatigue and pin breakage, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent terminal oxidation and discoloration. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental directives, most product specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certifications.
