Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the FHCM04 series 1.27mm pitch single row SMT female header is a surface mount board-to-board connector designed for miniature signal transmission between densely arranged compact printed circuit boards. Produced strictly in accordance with official engineering drawing standards, this connector supports contact counts ranging from 1 pin up to 50 pins with fixed 1.27mm pitch, and it provides Type A and Type B two distinct PCB layout structures to match different circuit board design demands. A detachable protective dust cap is equipped to shield internal brass contact terminals from dust contamination and mechanical impact damage during production, transportation and storage. The insulator can be customized with PA6T, LCP and PA9T high temperature resistant materials that fully comply with UL94V-0 flame retardant standard. Square brass pins are processed with gold flash, various thickness selective gold plating and tin plating surface treatments to reduce contact resistance and improve oxidation resistance and soldering stability for long term service. Its electrical specifications include 1A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC voltage for one minute and operate reliably within the temperature range from minus 65°C to plus 125°C. The plastic body height is fixed at 5.7mm, and all PCB layout dimensions are precisely controlled within strict tolerance ranges to perfectly adapt to automatic SMT pick and place and reflow soldering procedures. After soldering work is completed, it mates with matched male pin headers to build stable signal connection circuits between stacked miniaturized PCB modules. It is widely applied in tiny LCD display modules, wearable smart electronic devices, digital camera internal circuits, portable data storage equipment, automotive miniature electronic sensors and micro precision testing instruments. During soldering and daily application, users must follow standard reflow temperature curves to prevent thermal deformation and melting of the plastic insulator, avoid forced misalignment mating to prevent brass contact spring fatigue and pin bending damage, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packages to prevent brass terminals from rusting and surface discoloration.
