Bore 200 mm × Rod 100 mm × Stroke 100 mm, double-acting differential cylinder, nominal pressure 250 Bar (static proof pressure 375 Bar).
MF3 mounting style — round flange at head end, six standard mounting options available across CDH1 series (MF3 / MF4 / MP3 / MP5 / MT4 / MS2).
Piston rod: induction-hardened, chrome-plated 30–50 μm, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm, corrosion-resistant to ISO 9227 (NSS ≥ 96 h).
Seal system: polyurethane/polytetrafluoroethylene (PU/PTFE) step seal + wiper, low friction, extended service life. End position cushioning with throttle valve (standard "E" option), adjustable on both ends.
Cylinder tube: precision-honed seamless cold-drawn steel, honed to H8 tolerance, internal surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
Threaded piston rod end with locking nut; Rexroth interchangeability — direct drop-in replacement for OEM Rexroth CDH1 MF3 cylinders.
Operating temperature range: −20 °C to +80 °C (NBR seals), viscosity 2.8–380 mm²/s (ISO VG 32 – 68 mineral oil recommended).
Application: steel mill roll gap control, continuous casting, heavy press, injection molding machine, hydraulic shear, forging press, and general heavy-duty linear actuation.
