Cylinder tube: precision-honed seamless cold-drawn steel, honed to H8 tolerance, internal surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.
Seal system: polyurethane/polytetrafluoroethylene (PU/PTFE) step seal + wiper, low friction, extended service life. End position cushioning with throttle valve (standard "E" option), adjustable on both ends.
Threaded piston rod end with locking nut; Rexroth interchangeability — direct drop-in replacement for OEM Rexroth CDH1 MF3 cylinders.
Port size: per ISO 6022 standard flange connection. Bleeding valve fitted (90° offset relative to line connection, clockwise when viewing piston rod).
Operating temperature range: −20 °C to +80 °C (NBR seals), viscosity 2.8–380 mm²/s (ISO VG 32 – 68 mineral oil recommended).
Application: long-stroke press cylinder, injection molding machine clamping/ejection, die-casting machine, material handling lift, extrusion press, and general linear actuation requiring extended stroke.
