Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AT2500R series close right-angle plug-in terminal block with 7.5mm and 7.62mm dual pitch options is a detachable wiring connector designed for compact PCB power connection in industrial electrical equipment. Produced strictly in accordance with official drawing specifications, this terminal block supports 2 to 24 poles and two installation types to fit different layout demands. The housing adopts PA66 material filled with 23 percent glass fiber, rated UL94V-0 flame retardant, maintaining stable insulation and mechanical performance under long term operation. Conductive terminals are made of brass with full tin plating, rated 300V voltage and 12A current. Our standardized full production flow includes independent custom mold development, high temperature plastic injection molding, brass terminal high speed stamping, anti rust tin electroplating, automatic multi pole assembly and finished dimensional inspection. Imported Taiwan high speed stamping machines and Japanese injection molding equipment guarantee consistent pole spacing and stable plug retention force during mass production, avoiding loose contact and overheating risks under rated load.
