Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AT2500V series Plug-in Terminal Block Close Vertical Pitch 7.5 OR 7.62 is vertical pluggable wiring hardware designed for compact vertical PCB mounting to save horizontal board space. All production complies fully with the dimensional tolerances listed on official engineering drawings. The housing material is PA66 filled with 23 percent glass fiber, meeting UL94V-0 flame retardant standard for stable insulation and high temperature resistance during wave soldering. Conductive vertical pins are made of brass with full tin plating, rated at 300V voltage and 12A current for steady power and signal transmission. This series supports 2 to 24 poles and two vertical height options, with multiple insulator color choices to distinguish different circuit groups. Our complete manufacturing workflow consists of in-house independent mold development, high-temperature plastic injection molding, brass terminal high-speed stamping, anti-corrosion tin electroplating, automated vertical pin assembly and finished full dimensional inspection. Imported Japanese and Taiwanese injection molding and stamping machines guarantee uniform pitch size and consistent plug retention force in mass production, and all raw materials satisfy EU RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
