1. Product Overview
The CBTL-*4/*4 is a tandem equal-displacement dual external hydraulic gear pump built for mobile equipment hydraulic system. This integrated unit incorporates two identical 4-series gear cartridges inside a single alloy housing, sharing one common input shaft. Both pump sections feature the same pressure grade and displacement specification. It supplies two independent pressure oil circuits at the same time, which can be used for dual working circuits, steering and pilot control loops or dual lubrication lines in the hydraulic system. With compact integrated structure, it replaces two separate single pumps to simplify piping arrangement, widely used for forklifts, mini loaders, sanitation vehicles, agricultural machinery and stationary hydraulic power units, fully interchangeable with original OEM components.

3. Working Principle
The common drive shaft makes two sets of gear pairs rotate synchronously. Vacuum generates in the suction chamber and draws hydraulic oil from the reservoir. Two separate pumping chambers deliver pressurized oil to two independent branches of the hydraulic system with no cross leakage. The floating side plate design automatically compensates axial wear clearance caused by long-time operation, minimizing internal leakage and maintaining stable efficiency of the hydraulic gear pump.
