1. Product Overview
CBWL-*3/*3 is a compact tandem equal-displacement hydraulic gear pump, specially developed for light-duty mobile machinery and small hydraulic power units. This integrated pump assembly adopts monolithic aluminum alloy housing, fitted with two identical size 3 series gear pump cartridges sharing one input shaft. The mark *3/*3 means both front and rear pump sections are completely same in displacement and pressure grade. It can output two separate pressure oil flows simultaneously for dual independent loops in the hydraulic system, such as dual clamping circuits, double lubrication lines, or matched main and pilot control circuits. Comparing with two individual single pumps, this integrated structure greatly simplifies tubing layout and reduces overall installation space. It is widely applied on small forklifts, miniature loaders, sanitation equipment, agricultural machinery and stationary hydraulic stations, and can be used as direct aftermarket replacement for original parts.

3. Working Principle
Driven by the common input shaft, two groups of external gear pairs rotate synchronously. Negative pressure forms in the suction chamber and draws hydraulic oil from the tank. Two independent pumping chambers deliver pressurized oil to two separated branches of the hydraulic system without cross leakage between the two pump sections. The floating side plates automatically compensate the abrasion clearance on gear end faces under system pressure, effectively reducing internal leakage and keeping the hydraulic gear pump with stable efficiency during long continuous operation.
