The CBKP series is a high-performance external hydraulic gear pump widely used as a main power component for mobile machinery and industrial hydraulic system. Adopting high-strength cast iron pump body and precision machined gear sets, this hydraulic gear pump features compact structure, stable output pressure and outstanding anti-pollution ability. It is designed for continuous duty operation in harsh working environments, commonly applied in loaders, sanitation trucks, agricultural machines, engineering machinery and stationary hydraulic power units. The whole series follows unified installation dimensions, which makes it fully interchangeable with other standard gear pumps for convenient replacement.

3. Working Principle

When the driving shaft rotates, a pair of meshing gears turns synchronously. Vacuum is formed at the suction side, drawing hydraulic oil from the reservoir. The gear teeth carry the oil to the pressure outlet and build system pressure. The floating side plate automatically compensates the axial clearance caused by gear abrasion, greatly reducing internal leakage and maintaining high efficiency of the hydraulic gear pump during long-term continuous operation.
