The CBV series external gear pump is a compact medium-pressure hydraulic gear pump, specially developed for general mobile machinery and light industrial hydraulic system. With lightweight aluminum alloy pump casing and precision gear assemblies, this unit features small overall size, low weight and stable flow output. It is widely used as a pressure oil supply component for forklifts, sanitation vehicles, agricultural machinery, small loader equipment and stationary hydraulic power units. 3. Working Principle

As the drive shaft drives the meshing gear pair to rotate, negative pressure is generated in the suction chamber, drawing hydraulic oil from the tank. The gear teeth carry the oil to the pressure outlet side and build up system pressure for the hydraulic system. The floating side plate automatically compensates the axial clearance caused by gear surface wear, minimizing internal leakage and keeping the hydraulic gear pump at high efficiency during long continuous operation.
