Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the POWER D-SUB 7W2 SOLDER CUP-FEMALE is a heavy-duty mixed power and signal D-SUB female connector designed for simultaneous high-current power transmission and signal data communication. All manufacturing processes strictly comply with precise dimensional drawings and tolerance standards. The insulating body is made of UL94V-0 rated PBT material resistant to 230 degrees Celsius processing temperature. Conductive contact pins are brass with multi-thickness gold plating options ranging from 3 micro inches to 30 micro inches to meet different service life demands. The outer protective shell adopts steel with full nickel plating for anti-corrosion and shielding performance. This connector supports graded current loads including 10A, 20A, 30A and 40A, with clear pin diameter differences for power and signal terminals. Its insulation resistance reaches 5000 megohms minimum and dielectric withstand voltage hits 1000V alternating current, operating steadily between minus 55 degrees Celsius and 125 degrees Celsius.
