Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the AW2547V series 2.54mm pitch 180° Wafer Connector is straight vertical through-hole PCB socket designed for stable wire-to-board low-current signal and power connection. Entire production is carried out strictly in accordance with engineering drawing dimensional tolerances and specification parameters. The insulating housing is made of Nylon 66 material reaching UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, capable of enduring wide temperature fluctuations steadily. Conductive pins are brass with flash gold plating to lower contact resistance and resist surface oxidation. Rated electrical parameters cover 250V alternating and direct voltage with 3A rated current, boasting insulation resistance above 1000 megohms and 1500V withstand voltage per minute, working reliably within the temperature range of minus 25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. This series offers flexible pole options ranging from 2 pins up to 20 pins with matched standardized dimensions for each specification.
