Produced strictly following official engineering drawing dimensions and tolerance standards, this wafer connector comes with comprehensive electrical specifications: rated voltage up to 250V AC/DC, rated current of 3A, dielectric withstand voltage of 800V AC per minute, and minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megaohms. Its operating temperature range spans from -40℃ to +105℃ to adapt to harsh working environments. Conductive pins are made of brass with full nickel plating to resist oxidation and reduce contact impedance, while the insulating housing adopts Nylon 66 material certified UL94 V0 for excellent flame retardancy and structural stability. Three structural types Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 are available, with pin counts ranging from 2 pins to 20 pins.
