1. Product Overview
CBW-F2 series is a compact medium pressure external meshing gear oil pump, widely applied in general industrial and mobile hydraulic system. This hydraulic gear pump adopts lightweight aluminum alloy housing, precision carburized and nitrided gear sets together with floating side plate automatic compensation structure. The suffix F2 indicates flange connection port and standard pressure grade design. Featuring small dimension, light weight, low noise and reliable anti-contamination performance, this pump can run stably under intermittent load and frequent starting conditions. It is commonly used as main supply pump and pilot pressure pump for small loaders, sanitation equipment, agricultural machinery, forklifts and compact hydraulic power units. 3. Working Principle
Driven by the input shaft, the paired external gears rotate synchronously. Vacuum is formed inside the suction chamber and draws hydraulic oil from the oil tank. The gear teeth trap oil and deliver pressurized fluid to the outlet, supplying steady flow to all branches of the hydraulic system. The floating side plates automatically compensate axial clearance caused by long-term friction and wear, effectively reducing internal leakage and maintaining stable efficiency of the hydraulic gear pump during continuous operation.
