This component is a direct-acting screw-in cartridge relief valve, a core pressure control component integrated into hydraulic manifold blocks by threaded mounting.Its primary functional objective is to limit the maximum working pressure of hydraulic circuits. Under normal operating conditions, the valve poppet remains seated to block overflow flow. When inlet pressure surpasses the pre-set cracking pressure calibrated by internal spring force, the poppet lifts to open the flow passage, diverting surplus hydraulic oil back to the tank to stabilize system pressure and eliminate pressure spikes.Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with precision CNC machining, multi-stage surface polishing and anti-corrosion finishing, the valve body achieves high dimensional accuracy, low internal leakage and outstanding wear resistance. The side through holes serve as pressure flow channels for oil overflow circulation.Adopting compact insert-type cartridge design, it eliminates cumbersome external pipeline layouts, reduces overall hydraulic station volume, and is widely applied in mobile machinery (excavators, loaders, agricultural machinery), industrial hydraulic equipment, engineering vehicle hydraulic power units and other fluid power systems to protect hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, sealing components and other execution parts from overpressure breakdown.
