This component is a heavy-duty cast wheel hub specially designed for electric and internal combustion forklifts, also known as axle flange hub or steering wheel shell. It serves as the core load-bearing connecting part between the forklift drive axle and tire rim, undertaking radial load, axial thrust and torsional torque generated by vehicle traveling, steering and load lifting.The product adopts integral ductile iron casting molding, featuring high tensile strength, strong impact resistance and outstanding fatigue resistance, fully meeting the heavy-load working conditions of industrial handling vehicles. The outer circular flange is evenly distributed with multiple bolt through holes, which can lock and fix the tire rim tightly, ensuring no looseness during high-load operation.The middle stepped cylindrical spigot hole is reserved for press-fitting bearings and assembling drive half-shafts. The inner hole surface can be finished by CNC precision turning to control strict dimensional tolerance and coaxiality, effectively reducing rotational friction, avoiding shaft offset and wheel vibration during forklift steering and traveling.The double-step structure at the bottom is used for positioning and fitting with the forklift steering knuckle or drive axle housing, limiting axial displacement of the hub. It is widely applied to 3–5 ton counterbalance electric forklifts and internal combustion forklifts, and supports customized casting and post precision machining according to different forklift brand models.
