This component is an integrally cast aluminum alloy three-way pump valve housing, a core flow control pressure-bearing part for hydraulic pumps, water pumps and fluid directional control valves. It forms a sealed three-channel fluid flow cavity after assembling internal valve spools, sealing rings and end covers, to realize fluid diversion, confluence and switching of flow passages in hydraulic and water circulation systems.It adopts T-shaped three-port structural layout: square top flange, lateral circular flange and bottom circular mounting base flange. The square flange is used for installing power drive components such as pump motors; the side circular flange serves as the inlet/outlet port for fluid medium; the bottom large circular flange is the fixed mounting surface of the entire valve body on equipment frames. Multi-position bolt through holes are pre-cast on each flange for quick bolt locking and assembly positioning.Manufactured via sand casting or gravity die casting of high-strength aluminum alloy, the valve body features light weight, high specific strength, good thermal conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance against water, hydraulic oil and weak chemical media. The inner flow cavity can be precisely machined to guarantee smooth medium flow, low flow resistance and reliable sealing performance after matching with internal valve core components.Manufactured via sand casting or gravity die casting of high-strength aluminum alloy, the valve body features light weight, high specific strength, good thermal conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance against water, hydraulic oil and weak chemical media.
