3. Working Principle
The engine drives the pump cylinder block to rotate. The pistons reciprocate against the swashplate to complete oil suction and discharge.
The built-in load sensing valve captures pressure signals from actuators within the hydraulic system. When the load requires less flow, the control mechanism reduces the tilt angle of the swashplate to decrease pump displacement. When higher flow is needed, the swashplate angle increases to raise displacement.
This dynamic adjustment avoids redundant power loss and reduces heat generation of the hydraulic system. The integrated pressure cut-off function limits the maximum working pressure and protects hydraulic components against overload damage.
