The 45mm fluoropolymer extruder is a high-temperature, corrosion-resistant single-screw extruder specially engineered for melt extrusion of FEP, PFA and ETFE fluoroplastics. It delivers stable, low-shear plasticization for high-precision thin-wall insulation of high-frequency wires, coaxial cables, aerospace wires and fluoroplastic tubing, widely adopted in high-end electronic, semiconductor, aviation and medical industries.

Standard Line Layout

Tension pay-off → Preheating unit → 45mm Fluoropolymer Extruder → High-temperature cooling tank → Air dryer → Laser diameter gauge / wall thickness monitor → Spark tester → Dancer tension control → Traction → Take-up. Equipped with high-precision multi-zone temperature control and PLC synchronous linkage system.

Fluoropolymer-specific Screw & Barrel: Special low-shear screw geometry optimized for FEP, PFA, ETFE; wetted parts adopt high anti-corrosion alloy (Hastelloy optional) to resist fluorine corrosion and prevent material decomposition. L/D ratio 25:1 / 30:1 optional.
High-precision Fluorine Die Head: Precision concentricity adjustment structure, thin-wall extrusion available, stable concentricity, easy die replacement and cleaning.
Multi-zone High-temperature PID Control: Independent heating zones with cast copper heaters; temperature accuracy ±1℃, supports continuous high-temperature processing up to 400℃, avoids scorching and bubbling.
Closed-loop Synchronous Control: Host, traction and dancer tension run synchronously; speed feedback linked with online measuring instrument for stable OD tolerance, suitable for ultra-thin insulation.
Complete Safety Protection: Over-temperature alarm, melt pressure protection, emergency stop, spark hipot test, anti-decomposition exhaust structure.
Modular & Easy Maintenance: Quick disassembly design for screw, barrel and die; convenient color and material switching.
