1. Product Overview

CBHZA-F external meshing gear oil pump is a fixed-displacement high-pressure hydraulic gear pump. The pump housing adopts high-strength ductile cast iron, equipped with asymmetric double-modulus gear pair, floating axial clearance compensation mechanism and radial pressure balance structure.

It maintains high volumetric efficiency under low-speed working conditions, featuring strong shock resistance, low noise and long service life. Multiple options are available for drive shaft form, mounting flange, oil port layout and rotation direction. Widely used as the power source of mobile machinery hydraulic system, it can serve as interchangeable spare parts for equipment maintenance.

3. Working Principle

The driving shaft drives a pair of meshing gears to rotate inside the pump cavity. Vacuum forms on the suction side to suck hydraulic oil. The gears carry hydraulic oil to the pressure side and deliver pressurized oil into the hydraulic circuit.

The floating compensation plate automatically compensates axial clearance generated by friction wear. The radial balance structure reduces gear radial force, suppresses internal leakage and guarantees stable flow output under long-term heavy-load operation.
