1. Product Overview
CBHV external meshing gear oil pump is a fixed displacement high-pressure hydraulic gear pump developed for mobile machinery. It adopts high-strength cast iron housing, equipped with asymmetric double-modulus gear pair, floating axial clearance automatic compensation mechanism and radial hydraulic balance structure.
This pump maintains stable volumetric efficiency under low-speed and heavy-load conditions. Multiple structural options are available, including drive shaft type, mounting flange, rotation direction, as well as oil port layout: side-inlet & side-outlet or optional rear-inlet & rear-outlet version. 3. Working Principle
The driving shaft drives a pair of meshing gears to rotate inside the pump cavity. Vacuum forms on the suction side to draw hydraulic oil. The gears transport hydraulic oil to the pressure side and deliver pressurized oil into the hydraulic circuit.
The floating compensation plate automatically compensates axial clearance caused by friction wear. The radial balance structure reduces radial force on gears, suppresses internal leakage and ensures stable flow output during long-term continuous heavy-load operation.
